Naming Your Page
On the Page Editor screen, enter the name for your page in the field provided at the top of the screen. This is the title that will appear at the top of your page (on most layouts), in the HTML browser title bar, and in search results whenever someone searches for keywords that relate to this page. Choose a title that is descriptive, but not too long (we recommend no more than 4 words).
Optimize your page for search engine visibility (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
You are able to use title tags on the pages throughout your site, which allow you to specify a page title to show up in the browser bar that is different from the page name. To use this feature, you can enter this information in the page name field:
HTML page title/~/page name
(be sure to include the 3 characters in between: "/~/")
NOTE: If you have several pages in your group that have similar titles (or are related to a certain subject, event, or activity), consider moving those pages into a page cluster. This allows you to create a small subset of pages in the overall group navigation area. This, in turn, will keep your group navigation menu less cluttered and more user-friendly.
