SiteOrganic allows you to create and manage multiple collections of articles or postings on your website. These articles may be used to share personal information about you or your friends, communicate news about your organization, or to share ideas or teaching on a specific topic. Depending on your preference, you may also allow readers to post comments to you after reading each posting.

In the following document, the term "blog" refers to a collection of articles or postings (for some organizations, this may be analagous to a press release or news article). The term "post" or "posting" refers to a single entry in the blog.

Using the Articles/Blogs Tool

The Articles & Blogs tool allows you to do the following:

• Create a new blog or edit the settings of an existing one
• Add posts to your blog
• Associate topics with your blog posts
• Set up alerts so that you know when someone posts comments to your blog
