Step 4: Setting Up Your Small Groups
To add a new group, select the "add new group" button, and you will see the following fields:
- Name: specify the group name
- Description: add a short description about the group
- Image: specify an image (if applicable)
- Link URL: the title of the group will point to this link for more information, if a URL is specified
- Meeting Time: enter the time of the group
- Leader Name: specify the group leader's name
- Leader Email: specify the group leader's email. This is the user that will receive the email notification when a registration is submitted.
- Open: check this option if the group is open
The small group categories will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Visitors will use the category items to select specific group parameters in the small group search. Please make sure to select all categories that apply for an individual group.
