    Administrator Email Notification

    Here is a sample email sent to the small group's administrator when a person registers for a group:


    Subject: [[SmallGroupMember.Name]] has requested information about [[SmallGroup.Name]]

    Great News!

    [[SmallGroupMember.Name]] has requested information about [[SmallGroup.LeaderName]]'s Small Group.

    Name: [[SmallGroupMember.Name]]
    Email: [[SmallGroupMember.Email]]
    Best Phone: [[SmallGroupMember.Phone]]

    The leader has been sent an email stating:
    "Please follow-up with them as soon as possible to introduce yourself and to share all of the important information that they will need to help them determine if your group will be a fit."

    The registrant has been sent an email stating:
    "You will be contacted shortly by the small group leader with some details about the group.  If you do not hear from someone soon... please let our small group's administrator know, and we will be sure to get you all of the information you need."
