    Embedding Third-Party Videos

    You can easily embed videos directly into your page by utilizing the page editor toolbar icon "Insert External Video".

    Embedding a YouTube Video

     1. If you do not have the embed code, open the YouTube link in your browser, underneath the video area, click Share > Embed and copy all of that code. It will look something like this:

    If the size needs to be adjusted, click the "show more" link under the embed code, enter in the desired width in the custom size area, tab and the height will fill in accordingly (so the aspect ratio stays intact).

    2. Open your page in the admin console: (edit site > edit page > group > select your page) and click the "Insert External Video" icon that's in the tool bar. 

    3. Click the Advanced Mode option, paste the copied code and save.

    Embedding from Vimeo


    1. If you do not have the embed code, open your Vimeo link. In the upper right hand corner, click on the share icon that looks like a paper airplane (see below)

     and copy the entire embed code. It will look something like this:

    Before you copy the code, you can adjust the width and height within this code as stated in your Images Sizes Guide by clicking on the + by 'Show Options (as seen in the upper right-hand corner of the Embed image above) and then copy the code with the correct size already adjusted.

    2. Open your page in the admin console: (edit site > edit page > group > select your page) and click the "Insert External Video" icon. 

    3. Paste the entire embed code into the Advanced Mode space.
