The current version of the file uploader tool no longer requires use of the Java applet; however, our latest update does not function properly in older IE versions, such as 8 and 9. If you are using Internet Explorer, please make sure you are running an updated version (the current one or the one prior). If you are not sure what version is on your computer, you can upgrade to the latest version here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/download-ie. Please also make sure that the compatibility mode is turned off.. 

Alternatively, you are welcome to use Firefox, Chrome, or Safari and the upload process should work in any of those browsers.

If you are still having difficulty uploading your file(s), the issue could be caused by the file name. Click here for more info.
