Q: Why aren't my email and password working when I try to login to the giving portal?
A: If you have tried to login multiple times but have been unsuccessful, your account may be locked. The system will temporarily lock a user account that has more than three bad attempts. Please contact the SiteOrganic Care team in order to unlock
the account.
Q: Once my giving account is setup, how do I make it available on my website?
A: Login to your giving portal (http://secure.siteorganic.com), select the My Account tab, and click the "View Integration Code" under the Important Links section on the right-hand side of the screen. You will need to copy the giving URL, and create a hyperlink within a page on your website that points to the URL.
Q: How can I add ACH (checking/savings) to my giving page?
A: To enable ACH, that service is an additional $5/month, and the transaction fees are 1% + .25. Please let the SiteOrganic Care team know if you’d like to move forward with this addition. It will require about 2-3 business days to setup from the time we receive your information.
Q: How can I issue a refund for an event registration?
A: Our SiteOrganic team will need to process refunds. Please send us the event registration title, the user's name/email, transaction date, amount charged, and amount to be refunded.
Q: How can I have more that one person get registration notifications?
A: If you would like more than one person to get registration notifications, then you would add any additional email addresses in the "Email" section of the form edit screen and separate the email addresses with the semicolon ";" character.
