Follow these steps to add your SiteOrganic email account to Outlook 2011 for Mac.
1. In Outlook 2011 select the drop down menu Tools>Accounts.
2. At the bottom left click on the Plus sign and select Email.
3. Enter your account information. This will be your email address (sotest@domain.com).
4. Enter the password for your account.
5. Enter your Username. This will be your email address (sotest@domain.com).
6. Select type Pop
7. Enter your Incoming Server info: pop.domain.com
8. Enter your Outgoing Server info: smtp.domain.com
a. Check the override default port and enter 465
9. Select Add Account
10. Click on More Options (under Outgoing Server)
a. Click on Authentication and select Username and Password
b. Enter username:(sotest@domain.com).
c. Enter Password
d. Enter domain name (domain.com)
e. Click on OK
Exit settings
You can now select Sync Now/Send Receive to immediately download/send your email.
