If SiteOrgainc is hosting your email and you want to receive and send email from your iPhone you will need to make the following entries:
Open Settings
Select Mail, Contacts, Calenders
Click on Add Account
Click on Other
Click on Add Mail Account
Enter your Name as you would like for it to appear
Enter your email address (i.e. example@church.org)
Enter your email password
Enter a description of this account (ie. My Church Account)
Click on Next
Click on POP
In the Incoming Mail Server Section
Enter your SiteOrgainc incoming mail server name (i.e. pop.church.org)
Enter your username. This will be your email address (i.e. example@church.org)
You should see dots in the password field. If not you will want to reenter you password.
In the Outgoing Mail Server Section
Enter your SiteOrgainc outgoing mail server name (i.e. smtp.church.org)
Enter your username. This will be your email address (i.e. example@church.org)
Enter your email password.
Click on Save
You may see an error pop up indicating that your iPhone "Cannot Connect Using SSL" and asking "Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?"
Click on Yes
You can now go to your mail icon and you should see your new account in your list of accounts.
Congratulations! You can now send and receive email from your iPhone.
By default your email account will be set up to leave email on your server. So you will still see this email in your desktop email.
Also, Deleting email from your iPhone will not delete the email from your server.
