What it means:

This message is telling you that the SiteOrganic mail server(s) attempted 4 times to send this message to 'domain.com' and 'domain.com' is not a valid domain name.

What you can do:

You should check the spelling of the domain name in the email address and retry sending the message to that user.

Failed Recipient:
user@yahoo.com

Reason: Remote host said: 421 Message from (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) temporarily deferred - 4.16.50.

What it means:

This is Yahoo's spam filter deferring the delivery of the message to
user@yahoo.com
to a later date/time. When Yahoo detects a large number of connections coming from our mail server(s) (generally when sending an email through the newsletter engine), they will tell our server(s) to hold the message an try again. After a period of time our server will attempt to send the message again. Subsequent attempts are usually successful.
